About MyGrievance

MyGrievance is your direct channel to lodge and track grievances against Central and State Government organizations with complete transparency and real-time monitoring.

Developed by the National Informatics Centre in collaboration with the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, this app puts government accountability in your hands. After a simple one-time sign-up, you gain access to a personalized dashboard where you can submit complaints, monitor their status, and stay informed every step of the way.

Track your grievance in real time as it moves through the system. Your dashboard organizes all submissions into clear categories—Total, Pending, and Disposed—so you always know where things stand. Need to follow up? Send reminders to grievances still in progress, or provide feedback once they're resolved. Every action is documented with SMS and email acknowledgments, ensuring you have a complete record from lodging through closure.

The sign-up process is seamless. You can register directly through the app or link your existing CPGRAMS account from UMANG, giving you flexibility in how you get started. Whether you're reporting administrative issues, service failures, or policy concerns, MyGrievance ensures your voice reaches the right authorities and your complaint receives proper attention.

Take control of your grievance resolution process. With MyGrievance, transparency isn't a promise—it's built into every interaction.
